Spin Therapy
90-minute lyra workshop, All-Levels
Get all the tools you need to spin for the win! In addition to learning the basics of spin tolerance, students will walk away with several creative ways to begin and transition through aerial spins. After a high energy warm up, students will go through ankle stability drills, spotting basics, plumb line discovery and ways to combat dizziness which will be further expanded on with aesthetic spins such as coin spins, fouettés, and more.
Aerial attire required, no jewelry or lotion permitted, socks suggested
Haute Hoops
90-minute lyra choreography workshop, All-Levels
Slap on your favorite pair of heels and experience Lyra in a new and exciting way! After a high energy warm up, students will be guided through all-levels choreography that will leave them feeling challenged and excited! Experience floorwork, grip changes, and transitions that will empower students to feel more confident moving in and out of the lyra with grace. Freestyle time will be allotted towards the end to integrate comprehension of flow and challenge students to express themselves. Dress ready to get the ‘gram, you’re going to want to capture this one!!
Aerial attire required, no jewelry or lotion permitted, heels suggested (pleaser, ellie, and flexible sole dance heels all accepted-- street heels not suggested).

Healing Hammock
60-minute Aerial Hammock workshop, All-Levels
Healing Hammock is the perfect class to take an hour for the pillar of your success- YOU!
Based in restorative aerial yoga principles, this class will encourage you to heal from the inside out through light stretching and guided meditation designed to relax and recharge.
**Aromatherapy and colored lights may be used throughout this class so please advise your instructor if you have any visual or olfactory sensitivities. Dress comfortably; no jewelry may be worn.

Mindful Movement
90-minute grounded mobility practice, All-Levels
Rebuild your mind-body connection by exploring achievable mobility practices one roll, stretch, and deep breath at a time.
This class can be simple, but impactful, lowering the stress of connecting to your body by inviting you to be present and to suspend judgement as you explore your natural range of motion. Guided meditations will help you seal in your experience to give you lasting love for your own movement.
